At Christopher & Banks, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date. Items must be returned with original tags attached and accompanied by the receipt or packing slip for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Locate your order number and billing zip code to access our online return portal and select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping container if possible, ensuring all original tags and the completed return form are included inside.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your return's progress until your refund is processed.
